Advantages :
İt is applied easy with brush,roller,trowel or sprayer on horizontal and vertical surfaces, it is not affected from cold and hot air. Preparation of Surface :
It must be ensured that the application surface cured. The application surface should be cleaned from dust, oil, paint ,silicone ,curing agent and detergent such the materials which prevent adhesion.Should be repaired weak parts of concrete ,removed not good plasters,turned the surface solid and smooth ,repaired static cracks in the building with ALFILL LATEXFIL plaster or ALFILL UNIVERSAL GROUT High Strength Shrinkage Repair and Anchoring Mortar.Dynamic (moving) cracks should be repaired with polyurethane sealant.if it is existent ,irons and wedges on the surface should be removed and the holes which coming water, should be filled such as the productions WATERSTOP. The application surface should be water-saturated and during the application it is provided to remain moist.
Preparation of Mortar :
7 kg. B Component put a clear plastic rough. Slowly 20kg. Component A added to liquid and externally without extra water,preferably mixed with the low speed mixer until homogenous. After 3-5 resting time , mixed more 30 second then started to apply. In pot the mix should be consumed within 30 minutes and if this time is exceeded , the mortar should not be used.
Application İnformation :
ALFILL ALFIZOL Two Componential Waterproofing Material is applied at least two layers being perpendicular to each other on the surface. After first coat application at +20°C’ at least 5-6 hours , this time should not exceed 24 hours. Second coat should be applied before first coat does not fully dry.If the first coat dried , the surface should be moistened before second coat not applied.After second coat application , the surface should be kept against sun and fast dry during 3 days. During application after first coat application,corners should be beveled and then second coat should be applied on the bevel. During application it is suggested to used file between two coats. After 3 days mechanical strength gains , after 7 days becomes watertight.After 14 days the last strength gains.it should be not applied open terraces and balconies in windy weather ,rain and extreme hot weather.
Consumption :
On each coat 1 kg/m2 is applied and 1 mm. Thick obtained. 2 coat is suggested to applied (2 kg/m2). On high-level protection consumption quantity can be increased untill 3 – 4 kg/m2’.
Packaging and Shelf Life :
Component A : 20 kg. kraft bags . Component B : 7 kg plastic drums. At humid conditions with 10-fold stacked on a pallet can be stored for 12 months. Shake liquid component Before use and protect against frost.

Alfloor
Description:
Cement based, self-leveling mortar which is used to form a smooth, even, solid and anti-dust infrastructure by resolving level differences and roughness on surface.
Areas of Use:
It is used before adhering decorative floor covering materials such as PVC floor covering, laminate parquet, vinyl floor covering, parquet, carpet etc. that are especially used for covering interior floors of buildings exposed to pedestrian traffic; before bonding ceramics, tiles and marbles; filling the gaps in concrete or prefabricated concrete surfaces as well as repair and smoothing works of old concrete and cement finish floors.
Advantages:
Alfloor saves labor and time while covering wide areas in a short time. It gains high resistance quickly. It can be opened to pedestrian traffic after 24 hours. Alfloor conforms to any kind of adhesive as it is cement based, contains no toxic substances. It eliminates roughness on the floor. It can also be applied over old concrete floors.
Application:
The surface where application will be performed on should be cleaned of any kind of dirt, dust, mud, etc. which will restrain the product from adhering and spreading on the surface. After necessary infrastructure cleaning, pour 5.5-6 litres of water and 25 kg of Alfloor into a bucket and slowly and mix it with a low-speed (400 rpm) mixer or drill until a homogenous mixture is achieved. Mortar which is prepared during application should be poured slowly in S form, starting from wall side by properly creating curves. Pour the mixture on the surface where application will be performed and spread it with a plastic scraper. Continue the process of spreading with a suitable trowel until the desired thickness is achieved. Use a smoothing roller brush (spiked roller) and make Alfloor spread on the surface thoroughly in order to achieve a gloss. While you are spreading the prepared mortar, another team should continue the process of mixing and application should be completed rapidly without breaks.
Attention:
Applications should be protected against pedestrian and vehicle traffic, water leaks, high wind and direct sun light for at least 24 hours. Ambient temperature should be between +5℃ and +30℃ during application. It should not be used on non-free standing surfaces or wood surfaces. Do not leave it open before top coat application has been completed. For applications thicker than 8 mm, 2nd coat should be applied on 1st coat after it gets dry. Do not add water on frozen or unsettled mortar and do not use such a mortar. No additive (binder, lime, gypsum, mortar additive, etc.) should be added to the mixture prepared. Clean the tools you have used with water after application. Eyes and skin should be washed with plenty of water in case of contact with the product. Seek medical advice as soon as possible in allergic cases.
Consumption:
Approx. 1.6 – 2 kg/m² for each 1 mm thickness. Consumption values stated above are approximate values. Precise consumption will be known after completion of application as differences may occur according to gap structures.
Storage:
Packed in 25kg Kraft bags. Can be stored for 6 months in its original package, kept in a cool and dry place by protecting against humidity, freezing and direct sun light.

Preparation of Surface :
During the application of ceramics Be careful they well are adhering not to prolapse and so that completely dry With a thin rod or roller in joints spaces any dust ,dirt,wood chips,construction and cement residues should be cleaned well on completed floor surfaces.The cleaned spaces should be moistened with the helping a wet sponge
Preparation of Mortar :
20 kg. “ALFILL FLEX FUGAFIL Joint Filler Material(1-6 mm)” joining into approximately 6,5 – 8 lt clear water, preferably mixed with the low speed mixer or trowel until homogenous. Be careful the water quantity which add to powder mortar, avoid to the application which participated more water in the form of sherbet. The water which included more than necessary will lead to cracking,easy detrital and dusting. The prepared thick emulsion joint sealant is rest nearly 5-10 minutes and re-mixing then used. In pot the mix should be consumed within nearly 1 hour.
Application Information :
Joint Filler should be filled with a hard rubber-based joint spread trowel or hard-rubber-tipped squeegee to joints. To filled well joints ,should be drawn firstly parallel and then diagonally.Being shaved excess mortar on the surface with moistened soft-tipped spatula, according to ambient temperature should be waited 15-30 minutes then wiping with a damp sponge then should be cleaned well thin joint layer on the surface . it dries on walls after 12 hours , can be walked after 24 hours on floors,can be opened to pedestrian traffic after 7 days .

Attention :
Avoid to apply in the temperatures under +5°C and above +35°C. Avoid application frozen ,the risk of freezing within 24 hours or direct sun and wind in open areas . Don’t addition definitely dust and water to the mortar which has expired. Don’t clean with hydrochloric acid ,bleach etc. When used for underfloor heating systems,the surface should not be hot during the application, The heating system should be closed ago 24 hours.

It is necessary to wet and provided to remain moist. if the surface is too water absorbent, it should be applied after taking a primer.
Mix Proportion and Mode Of Application:
Soak the materials i.e . tiles, ceramic, marble ,granite etc that is to be bonded .Ensure that the surface is clean ,dry and secure . Scrape the rough spots on the application surface .smoothen the small imperfections on the surface at least four days before application. Wait for the water layer to disappear and then apply. Mixing : pour 5:5.5L of water into a container , add 20kg of luxfilser into this water and slowly mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained . Reset the prepared mortar for 7 minutes after mixing . The mortar then can be applied into the surface using a trowel within an approximate tooth size. Complete the ceramic or tile fixing process within a maximum of 20 minutes.
- Thinkness of the prepare mortar is determined with toothed trowel. Double sided bonding should be used on ceramic application over 20x20cm (i.e both to the surface and the backside of the ceramic.) and the tooth size should be increased.
- Tile spacers should be used for a healthy application and rubber hammer should be used for good adhension.
- The ambient temperature must be between +5C and 30C
- Avoid application under direct sunlight.

At firstly , pressed adhesive mortar strongly on the application surface , create contact layer and then selected the appropriate size of tile with a notched trowel the product dredged . Adhesive mortar should be provided to contact at least 80 % backside of the ceramic . According to used floor plates and the smoothness of the ground if necessary , be preferred ‘’ Double Sided Adhesive Method ‘’ , should be lead both backside of ceramic and on the ground and should be determine the plates , being perpendicular carding direction to each other . To provide good adhesion , with the help of a rubber hammer applying force , you should bond.

DESCRIPTION
Cement based, thin grained lime-free repair mortar containing polymer modified and fiber-reinforced fillings which has been developed in order to correct, fill and repair whole surfaces or a part of surface as well as strengthen concrete.
APPLICATION AREAS
Tamirfil is used for repair work of capillary surface cracks on mineral based surfaces such as interior or exterior concrete, exposed cement, gas concrete or plaster occurring even after these surfaces are corrected with rough cast, thin plaster or mineral based special plaster materials. Used safely for filling the spalling and holes occurring on these surfaces up to 30mm and achieving highly smooth surfaces by correcting the size defects. Tamirfil is also used to strengthening concrete used in foundations, beams and columns.
ADVANTAGES
Easy to apply, dries quickly, doesn’t dust and provides a proper smoothing. Prevents cracking, shrinkage, sagging and collapses during application. Creates very smooth surfaces, provides a good appearance for paint and coating to be applied on it and enhances durability. Provides a strong mortar able to with stand pressure.
APPLICATION
Surfaces where Tamirfil will be applied should be cleaned of blistered coat, dust and all kinds of dirt. Weak and loose surfaces should be cleaned of old surface completely with mechanical methods. In order to smooth uneven painted surfaces, paint coat on surface should be removed from surface as much as possible or completely before application of Tamirfil. Surface should be definitely moistened just before application. Add 1 bag Tamirfil to approximately 5lt water in a clean drum and mix it with a low-speed mixer (max 400 rpm) until there are no bubbles. Wait 3-4 minutes. Mix it again and achieve appropriate mixture. Tamirfil Can be applied using a spatula or steel trowel to surface as well as a spray machine appropriate for mortar. Surface which has settled completely can be sanded slightly.
CONSUMPTION
Consumption is approx. 1.5-1.8 kg/m² each 1 mm coat thickness.

Description
It is a plaster primer for acrylic based, single component, gross concrete surfaces (wall-ceiling) which improves surface adhesion before application of cement or plaster-based liquids, ceramic tile, porcelain, marble and granite paste, sticks on island, even granular adhesion applied to the surface.
Indications for Use
It is applied in interior and exterior halls, horizontal and vertical applications, the primer is used to protect water-plaster, gypsum-coated surface such as cement, kerosene, porcelain, porcelain, or brine, and grandeur applied as a base coat primer on gross concrete surfaces such as plaster and plaster.

Areas of Using:
Interior and exterior spaces, as thin finishing coat used on traditional and ready cement based plaster applications . On Interior and exterior spaces , can be applied to walls and ceilings. Can be used as finishing coat or for decorative applications.
Advantages:
Gives smooth surface for finishing coat, easy and fast used, provides excellent adhesion. Water and frost resistant. Not affected by temperature changes. Flexible. Provides high stability, does not sagging and crack. Allows water vapor diffusion. The paint can be applied directly on as a finishing material.
Preparation of Surface:
Being robust the application surface , should be cleaned from dust, oil, paint ,silicone ,curing agent and detergent such as anti-stick materials. During the application the surface should be moist by wetting slightly .
Preparation of Mortar :
25 kg “UNIVERSAL SATIN PLASTER Universal Satin Plaster Cement Based Strengthened By Reinforcing Fibers joining into approximately 6-7 It clear water ,preferably mixed with the low speed mixer or trowel until homogenous while lump will not remain. The prepared mortar is rest of 5-10 minutes for the maturation and mixing and re-used. in pot the mix should be consumed within 2 hours.
Application Information:
At least before a day, on the surface defects or cracks should be repaired with ALFILL TAMIRFIL”.The application can be made by hand or with machine. When the water rate is changed in the mix , the density rate and setting time of production happen some changes. After this process when the plaster hardens enough, the surface of the plaster is threadbare and finished with a wet sponge .To prevent cracking of the plaster it is recommended that the surface should be misted before each application. For the paint according to the weather conditions and the thickness of the application It is necessary to wait 2-3 days . After the application finishing , if the air temperature is high, the surface should be moistened until cement has plug.
Consumption:
1 – 1,7 kg/m2 ( it changes according to the application method )
Attention :
Avoid to apply in the temperatures under +5°C and above +35°C . Avoid application frozen ,the risk of freezing within 24 hours or direct sun and wind in open areas. After the application until cement has plug (nearly 1 week ) ,Be careful to avoid severe cold or snow. Don’t addition definitely dust and water to the mortar which has expired. Be careful not to use the plates which lost their property by staying in the sun for a long time.
Packaging and Shelf Life:
25 kg Kraft bags .Humid conditions and in unopened package with 10-fold stacked on a pallet can be stored for 12 months.
Health and Safety:
As all chemical products, during storage and handling food products should be kept the skin, eyes and mouth . If swallowed accidentally, consult a doctor. In contact with skin , wash with plenty of water.

APPLICATION
The surface must be purified from oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing materials.
All the holes must be filled and repairs must be made with the appropriate product before plastering.
Application surface must be dampened with water.
For the application on ALFILL you must be sure that the surface is not damp
MORTAR PREPARING AND APPLICATION
Alfill White Cement is mixed with ready mix plaster mixing and spreading machine (5.5-6 it water/40 kg bag) and sprayed to the surface
Application thickness must be between 1 cm and 2.5 cm in one coat and is applied in max. 2.5cm thickness after one day.
Alfill white Cement is polished when the surface becomes hard enough and if necessary the operation is completed by a dampened sponge.
CONSUMPTION
For 1cm plaster thickness, the consumption is approximately 13.5 kg/m3

STORAGE AND PACKİNG
40 Kg Kraft paper or polypropylene bags.
Stored in the sling or covered pallets for 1 year from the data of manufacture if stored in unopened original package, under dry, frost free conditions and arranged maximum 5 bags one above the other.
Suggested to be consumed in 1 week after the package is opened.
SPECIAL SUGGESTIONS
The surface must be purified from the oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing materials.
Suggested that the application is done between +5C – +35C
Should be protected against quick drying in windy weather conditions.
